Katie Holmes shared her fitness regime in Taiwan as she gave a press conference to highlight an ice skating show in Taipei.

“You know I like to run, I like to ride my bike, dancing, doing yoga, swimming,” she said, quickly adding “Not all at once and not all in the same day.”

She also likes to unwind by whipping up treats in the kitchen.

“I like cooking, making healthy things, well sometimes healthy, and sometimes not,” she said, “but I don’t stress out about it too much.”

The actress is a promotional ambassador for Artistry Ice Skating – a show that brings celebrity figure skaters from around the world together to tour major cities in Asia.
